The off-road racing that went down in Las Vegas produced some of the best edge-of-the-seat action of the 2010 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series season opener.

Just off the start of Saturday's LOORRS Pro 2 Unlimited Truck race, Speed Technologies racer John Harrah throttled up in position heading into the harpin turn. Momentum was in his favor as he challenged the hard-charging pack of trucks over the big grandstand jump. As the arsenal of trucks launch airborne, Michael Johnson, seen in the black truck, takes a midair stab at the front fender of Carl Renezeder, who is behind the wheel of the Lucas Oil truck. The opportunity for a close call to race crash disaster is in gear.
